Sr. Staff Software Engineer, Observability

📋 Description

• Develop observability solutions for health and performance of products/infrastructure.
• Build observability platforms handling billions of time series and PBs of logs daily.
• Manage infra across ~100 cloud regions to monitor product reliability.
• Develop workflows to accelerate incident diagnosis via logs and metrics.
• Uplevel monitoring and reliability; set standards for logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards.
• Mentor engineers and foster technical excellence in observability.

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 15+ years in production Go/Python/Java/Scala/Rust/C++.
• Experience building software in large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading large projects across multiple teams.
• Experience with cloud tech: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability infra, monitoring patterns, reliability.
