🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering in complex systems.
- Track record in ads, advertiser tooling, or seller platforms; cross-team leadership.
- Deep experience in systems and API design; data-intensive, scalable.
- Experience with ML/AI/GenAI-adjacent systems and responsible deployment.
- Advertiser platform or seller experience is a plus.
- Growth/measurement/funnel in ads ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong communication; influence technical direction without owning all details.
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
