🎯 Requirements

8+ years in software development, 4+ years in production-grade microservices
Hands-on with Java, Go, or Rust
CQRS and Event Sourcing; Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS
Docker and Kubernetes in AWS/Azure/GCP
SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Cassandra/MongoDB/Cosmos) design
Istio/Linkerd service mesh; chaos engineering; open-source contributions
