📋 Description

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for programmatic ads.
  • Partner cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive adoption and advertiser satisfaction.
  • Prioritize the roadmap for scalable, automated ad buying.
  • Understand the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, auctions, and deal types.
  • Deliver intuitive workflow tools, insights, and dashboards for programmatic buyers and internal users.
  • Become a programmatic subject-matter expert, using data to guide improvements and investments, including AI where appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management in advertising or ad tech, with programmatic focus.
  • Experience building data-driven products; AI/ML to enhance features is a plus.
  • Practical understanding of bid requests/responses, PMP/PG/Open Auction, and auction dynamics.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, UI design, and business process automation.
  • Direct experience with DSPs/SSPs, agency partners, or third party integrations.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
