- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for programmatic ads.
- Partner cross-functional teams to deliver products that drive adoption and advertiser satisfaction.
- Prioritize the roadmap for scalable, automated ad buying.
- Understand the programmatic ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, auctions, and deal types.
- Deliver intuitive workflow tools, insights, and dashboards for programmatic buyers and internal users.
- Become a programmatic subject-matter expert, using data to guide improvements and investments, including AI where appropriate.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of product management in advertising or ad tech, with programmatic focus.
- Experience building data-driven products; AI/ML to enhance features is a plus.
- Practical understanding of bid requests/responses, PMP/PG/Open Auction, and auction dynamics.
- Familiarity with workflow tools, UI design, and business process automation.
- Direct experience with DSPs/SSPs, agency partners, or third party integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
