📋 Description

  • Stand up a practical change management and adoption playbook for startup scale.
  • Create templates and operating rhythms to make change repeatable across initiatives.
  • Coach leaders and product owners on change leadership behaviors that drive adoption.
  • Lead adoption of ERP/PLM/MES/CRM/HRIS and the processes they enable.
  • Translate go-live into role-based workflows and tool usage.
  • Own the integrated change plan across multiple workstreams and releases.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in organizational change management and process enablement, ideally with tech deployments.
  • Proven change leadership for business systems (ERP/PLM/MES/CRM/HRIS).
  • Strong stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and comms/training readiness.
  • Practical skills: discovery, facilitation, future-state design, governance.
  • Comfort in high-accountability, regulated contexts (quality/compliance/safety).
  • Bonus: Prosci/ADKAR or aerospace/manufacturing experience.
