Own the integrated change plan across multiple workstreams and releases.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in organizational change management and process enablement, ideally with tech deployments.
Proven change leadership for business systems (ERP/PLM/MES/CRM/HRIS).
Strong stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and comms/training readiness.
Practical skills: discovery, facilitation, future-state design, governance.
Comfort in high-accountability, regulated contexts (quality/compliance/safety).
Bonus: Prosci/ADKAR or aerospace/manufacturing experience.
