Sr. Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Content Ecosystem

📋 Description

• Set technical strategy for ML systems across content ecosystem.
• Partner with DS teams to measure content health and align with goals.
• Identify content gaps by building models to answer what’s missing, for whom, in which contexts.
• Understand what content works by combining causal thinking, experiments, and model interpretability.
• Build content marketplace mechanisms balancing multi-sided incentives and long-term value.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong ML and optimization fundamentals for scale.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and end-to-end impact.
• Interest in marketplace dynamics and multi-objective tradeoffs.
• Experience with Cursor, Copilot, Codex, or similar AI coding tools.
• Familiarity with LLM-powered productivity tools for docs, experiments, SQL/data exploration.
• CS/Engineering degree or equivalent; plus game theory/RL is a plus.
