🎯 Requirements

BS in CS +8 yrs or MS/PhD +5 yrs in AI/ML and distributed systems
Proficiency in programming, data structures, algorithms, and ML
Hands-on AI modeling: feature generation, prompt engineering, productionization
ML lifecycle: building, deployment, monitoring, optimization
Expertise in distributed microservices with Kubernetes and Docker; Python/Go/Java
Nice-to-have: fine-tuning and deploying proprietary SLMs/LLMs at scale
