📋 Description

• Lead architecture and technical strategy for Performance Ads Formats.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch (post-click journeys, dynamic formats).
• Design scalable, resilient systems across client, API, backend, and partner surfaces.
• Partner with Product and Data Science for data-driven prioritization and decisions.
• Raise production quality via design reviews, testing, observability, and debt reduction.
• Mentor senior engineers and create strategy/docs used across teams.
