🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of mechanical design experience in high-voltage battery design.
- Strong fundamentals: structural design, materials, heat transfer, fluids.
- CAD (NX preferred), tolerance stack analysis, and 2D drafting with GD&T.
- Experience with parts across prototype and mass production.
- Ability to use simplified tools, calculations, and CAE to drive development.
- Hands-on prototype and build experience.
- Exceptional communication skills.
