📋 Description

• Build scalable analytics frameworks linking data to business outputs.
• Identify and fix data and performance issues to sustain strong performance.
• Create dashboards, visuals, and automations to scale analytics.
• Establish causal links between actions and outcomes via experiments.
• Bridge data and strategy; translate data into strategic priorities.
• Promote best practices, consistent terminology, and robust analytics docs.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, Masters, or Bachelor's in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years experience using analytics to drive business outcomes.
• Expert communicator who translates complex concepts to business terms.
• Advanced SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Mode, Looker, etc.).
• ETL experience using dbt and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated impact driving business strategy from analytics.
