- Lead month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Prepare GAAP financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts; investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support AP, AR, fixed assets, and payroll accounting as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA in progress preferred.
- 3-6 years of progressive accounting; multi-entity a plus.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and month-end close expertise.
- Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle or MS Dynamics; advanced Excel.
- ERP implementations or accounting systems improvements experience.
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented.
