Support, manage, or escalate complex issues not solved using conventional workflows.
Manage escalated transactions and communicate with parties within SLAs.
Act as a point person for stakeholders to improve feedback loops and trend credentialing issues.
Manage queue work and assigned caseload via dashboard management.
Collaborate with credentialing leaders on systemic issues and blockers to care and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years credentialing experience for facilities, NCQA standards.
2+ years in a fast-paced volume-based environment.
2+ years analytical skills for proactively solving problems.
Experience working in health insurance.
