Conduct supplier analysis to craft strategic sourcing plan and ensure supply continuity.
Manage supplier base and document PO award strategy by commodity.
Drive make-vs-buy decisions for new products across the product lifecycle.
Execute RFIs/RFPs and negotiate supplier contracts.
Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree, or bachelor’s +2 yrs in Engineering or Supply Chain; or 6+ yrs.
Reading datasheets, drawings, and blueprints.
Leadership and vendor management; contract negotiation.
Analytical, problem solving, and organization; MS Office, SQL, Access; ITAR compliance.
Excellent communication; ability to learn quickly and prioritize.
Travel up to 50%, on-site in Cape Canaveral; ability to pass Air Force background check.
