- Build relationships with Finance/Legal/HR/Workplaces/Sales to develop sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with Finance and Planning to monitor strategic sourcing opportunities and budgeting
- Perform spend, market & vendor analysis; share findings with senior leaders; maintain vendor DB
- Review MSAs, Orders, and SOWs to maximize value and optimize legal position
- Capture product/service specs for RFx activities and vendor reviews
- Lead development of award scenarios and recommendations for evaluation
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree; 4–8 years in sourcing with global focus
- Experience working with globally distributed teams (India, US, Canada, Europe)
- Strong contract management: MSAs, order forms, SOWs, and legal docs
- Excellent communication, relationship building, negotiation, and analysis
- High integrity with strong business acumen; ability to drive decisions
- Global role with some travel; self-starter and proactive
