- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Codex, Claude Code) and MCP patterns
- Strong domain knowledge in marketing automation, CDPs, eCommerce, analytics, or data
- Advanced discovery and requirements gathering across multi-stakeholder environments
- Executive presence and exceptional communication from exec to developer levels
