🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of manufacturing domain experience
- Automotive, construction, or industrial experience
- In-the-trenches product development and fabrication experience
- Project management and sales experience
- CNC Machining, Injection Molding, Casting, Sheet Metal
- ISO9001 and IATF 16949 familiarity
