- 10+ years of manufacturing experience
- Automotive, construction, consumer products exp
- Product development, fabrication and production exp
- Project management and sales experience
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or similar; ISO 9001/IATF familiarity
- Travel 25-35% to customer/partner sites
