📋 Description

  • Lead CX AI opportunities in EMEA; partner with sales to shape deals.
  • Run structured discovery workshops on goals, constraints, and metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience selling or implementing CX, CRM, analytics, or AI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web tech, APIs, integrations, and data architectures.
  • Proven ability to guide complex enterprise evaluations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with security, compliance, and data privacy in multi-country environments; willing to travel.
  • Excellent English communication; extra EMEA languages a plus.
