🎯 Requirements

- Experience selling or implementing CX, CRM, analytics, or AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of web tech, APIs, integrations, and data architectures.
- Proven ability to guide complex enterprise evaluations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with security, compliance, and data privacy in multi-country environments; willing to travel.
- Excellent English communication; extra EMEA languages a plus.
