🎯 Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to lead hardware/software/cloud hybrid programs in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and exec dashboards.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Lean program management methodologies.
- Networking knowledge: switching, routing, SD-WAN, security, cloud-managed networks.
- Customer engagement & relationship mgmt: manage multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Delivery methodology: ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2 with Agile/SAFe.
- Cross-regional delivery management across time zones and geographies.
