Sr. Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Lead customer engagements to turn needs into Smartsheet solutions.
• Design, test, and deploy solutions using Smartsheet APIs and integrations.
• Manage scope, schedules, deliverables, and client relationships.
• Be SME on Smartsheet features and API extensibility.
• Review designs and mentor teammates for quality.
• Collaborate with Sales to draft SOWs and assess feasibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 3+ years customer-facing experience.
• Working with two or more languages (.NET, NodeJS, Python, Java, Ruby).
• Experience with SaaS/IPaaS in enterprise environments.
• Willing to travel periodically (up to 15%).
• Strong communication skills; explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Understanding of systems architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, CS preferred but not required.
