🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect or TAM)
- Deep technical expertise in solution architecture, data integration, and enterprise software
- Strong communication skills; able to explain complex solutions to tech and business
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot) and CDPs
- ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, DataStage, Netezza) and data viz (Tableau/Looker/Power BI)
