📋 Description

  • Own full lifecycle of Cyara demo environments (setup to retirement).
  • Manage release deployments; apply updates, patches, and new features.
  • Maintain data hygiene: test data cleansing, synthetic data, AI asset updates.
  • Ensure environment uptime, performance, reliability, and security compliance.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for key demo systems and connectors.
  • DevOps and platform ops: manage CCaaS, telephony, SIP, CPaaS integrations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, DevOps, or SysAdmin.
  • Hands-on telephony: Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect, Five9, Twilio; SIP.
  • AI workflows: prompt engineering, AI data training sets, analytics pipelines, or LLM-based apps.
  • Strong DevOps: CI/CD; XML/YAML/JSON configuration.
  • Automation scripting: Python or similar.
  • Cloud basics: AWS, Azure, GCP.
