Onboard and enable customers to adopt the Nylas API platform.
Lead technical discovery sessions to map goals and integration needs.
Translate requirements into scalable design and implementation plans.
Act as trusted technical advisor through onboarding, validation and launch.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Engineering and Product on customer requirements and gaps.

🎯 Requirements

3–7 years in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or related roles.
Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
Experience with APIs, OAuth, webhooks, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
Experience with implementation methodologies and onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree, MBA or technical degree a plus.
Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
