🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in pre-sales or related roles, presenting to C-level/VP stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise technical sales from discovery to close.
  • Experience in CX, contact center, IVR, testing, monitoring, or related tech.
  • Advanced ability to design integrated solutions and map tech to business value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Willingness to travel globally for customers and events.
