- Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise technical sales from discovery to close.
- Experience in CX, contact center, IVR, testing, monitoring, or related tech.
- Advanced ability to design integrated solutions and map tech to business value.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
- Willingness to travel globally for customers and events.
