🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record architecting and delivering scalable production systems.
- Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical standards.
- Strong systems thinking; evaluate tradeoffs in scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Experience designing for observability (logs, alerts, dashboards, runbooks).
