🎯 Requirements

- Systems-level thinking to optimize for the broader engineering organization.
- Experience with GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Claude Code and/or prompt engineering using AI/LLM tools.
- A bias toward action; able to lead through ambiguity and clarify problems.
