• Build and evolve Benepass's design system and component library.
• Build reusable, accessible React/TypeScript components.
• Define APIs with usability and composability in mind.
• Ensure styling, theming, and responsive behavior consistency.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn ideas into components.
• Improve developer experience and frontend practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years frontend engineering experience (or equivalent).
• Experience contributing to or maintaining frontend systems or design systems.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern styling approaches.
• Strong system design across UI architecture, performance, and scalability.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience influencing engineering practices across teams or organizations.
