Design, implement, and own data-intensive, scalable platform components
Collaborate with engineers, architects and cross-functional partners on projects
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, analysis, and performance tuning
Mentor engineers to help scale the engineering organization
Debug production issues across services and layers

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of software development
Proficient in at least one backend language (Java, TypeScript, Python, etc.)
Experience with MySQL, Redis, or PostgreSQL
Strong API design and CS fundamentals
Comfortable with distributed, cross-functional teams
React or front-end UI experience; willingness to learn
