🎯 Requirements

5+ years of software engineering; hands-on building LLM-powered apps/agent systems.
Strong Python proficiency; building production APIs, backend services; MCP.
Familiarity with LangChain/LangGraph; LangSmith or Langfuse experience.
Move quickly from prototype to production; balance speed with quality.
Strong communication, collaboration, and inclusive mindset.
