- Strong eval discipline; define exit criteria using LangSmith/Braintrust.
- Experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and hybrid search.
- Cloud-native: REST/GraphQL/webhooks, OAuth/SAML (Okta), Terraform, GCP/AWS.
