Mentor junior engineers on backend stack (Java, Kotlin, Go, .NET) and promote engineering excellence.
Participate in technical planning and incident retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product managers and other engineering groups to deliver robust platform solutions.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years full-stack web development; TS/React.js frontend; Java/Kotlin backend.
REST APIs for data integration.
Cloud: AWS, GCP or Azure.
Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Helm.
Observability with Grafana stack; track usage and health.
Testing emphasis; agile delivery and CI/CD.
