🎯 Requirements

Senior-level engineering capability with autonomous judgment
Deep experience in .NET / C#
Database internals or distributed data systems
Enterprise infrastructure software
Willingness to learn .NET for Java engineers
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical systems
