Sr. Software Development Engineer in Test

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end quality for agentic features and workflows.
• Design automation tooling for AI/LLM systems, prompts, and agent orchestration.
• Develop and maintain evals to measure response quality and accuracy.
• Achieve 80%+ automation coverage for AI workflows using deterministic and probabilistic validation.
• Integrate AI quality checks into CI/CD with <15 min PR feedback.
• Build LLM observability tooling including prompt tracing and response analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering or SDET roles.
• Strong Python (preferred), Java, or JavaScript skills.
• Experience testing distributed, cloud-native SaaS and APIs.
• Proficiency coding with AI agents to accelerate development.
• Hands-on with LLMs or AI/ML systems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Understanding non-deterministic and probabilistic testing.
