Columbus, OH-based role with in-office attendance 3 days/week.
Own infrastructure initiatives to improve scalability, reliability, and observability.
Build and maintain Terraform modules and Kubernetes deployments.
Develop tooling and automation to streamline deployments.
Participate in on-call rotation for incident response.
Mentor engineers and promote reliability best practices.

🎯 Requirements

5–8 years in SRE/Infra/DevOps or related roles.
Strong AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt experience.
Proficiency with Golang, Python, or Bash.
Experience managing production and staging infra across cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infra automation, and tooling.
Understanding of monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident management.
