🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering or CS
- 5+ years of photonics or electro-optical IC design
- Master's or PhD in EE/CE or electro-optics IC
- Experience with electrical simulation tools such as Spectre, ADS
- Knowledge of advanced packaging for co-package optics (CPO) solution
- Circuit design: modulators, TIAs, CTLEs, filters, LNAs/PA
- Wideband Serdes designs with >100Gbps data rate and tens of GHz BW
- SerDes architecture familiarity; NRZ/PAM4
- Familiar with test equipment: spectrum analyzers, VSAs, VSGs, scopes, BERTs
- Characterizing EIC/PIC performance for high-speed Serdes
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary
