🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years reliability modeling methods and statistics
- 5+ years experience in semiconductor/packaging/PCBA reliability
- Experience with JEDEC, AEC, IEC standards
- Working knowledge of Python
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
