🎯 Requirements

4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
ITAM (Hardware/Software) and CMDB/CSDM design
Service Mapping, Discovery, and AIOps modules
ITIL v4 / ITOM best practices and enterprise service modeling
JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, REST/SOAP
Experience integrating with monitoring/observability tools
