Facilitate regular Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
Lead multiple teams to achieve project goals
Remove impediments and unblock teams
Coach Product Owners and Development teams on Scrum roles
Support Product Owner with backlog refinement
Create and publish sprint metrics (burndown, velocity)

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience as a Scrum Master
Track record of high performing Agile teams
Excellent written and verbal communication
In depth knowledge of Agile SDLC
CSM or PSM certification; Bachelor's in CS, math, or GIS
