Lead production scheduling across 12+ missions; forecast part shortages.
Develop and maintain rate-based master schedules for hardware lines.
Model hardware allocation scenarios (new vs refurb); include manifests.
Partner with production, engineering, and supply chain to set daily/weekly goals.
Define and track goals at work-centers; balance personnel, equipment, and constraints.
Lead scheduling automation initiatives (VBA, Power BI, Python) to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ yrs scheduling/ops; or 8+ yrs in lieu.
ERP/MRP exp (SAP, Oracle) and SQL in high-volume production.
Proficient in SQL, VBA, Python; Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JIRA.
Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black), Kaizen, or equivalent.
Leadership across cross-functional teams; PMP/Agile preferred.
Strong problem-solving with data-driven decision making.
