- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Proficient with Flow automation, validation rules, and approvals.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
- Experience with CPQ and Marketo/HubSpot.
- Knowledge of Einstein AI for forecasting/pipeline.
