Monitor project finances, scope, and schedule for client projects
Drive AI and digital service solution implementations
Serve as day-to-day client contact and manage project operations
Facilitate status meetings with project team, sponsors, and stakeholders
Assist consultants in delivering client presentations for requirements, design, pilot, and UAT
Plan, initiate and manage B2B CRM and AI software projects

🎯 Requirements

5+ years PM experience with Salesforce/Force.com projects
Experience in professional services/consulting
Experience applying Agile project management
Salesforce PM or Scrum leader experience
Estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
