Build scalable, engaging new-hire curriculum for remote and in-person audiences.
Lead facilitation of training workshops, virtual and in-office.
Continuously improve training content using data-driven insights and feedback.
Align training with internal product and process changes.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years developing, coordinating and facilitating training for 20+ learners (virtual/live)
Demonstrable experience building curricula guiding learners through their journey
Excellent written and oral communication; explain technical concepts clearly
Experience applying modern learning theories and methodologies
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Location: Remote – San Francisco Bay Area
