π― Requirements
- 4+ years in sales compensation program support and administration
- Familiar with Xactly, Callidus, Performio; Xactly expertise a plus
- Experience analyzing processes and identifying automation opportunities
- Advanced analytics, commercial acumen, and attention to detail; AI tools experience
- Excellent communication; can build consensus cross-functionally
- Fast-paced environment; able to meet deadlines
