  • Design, rollout, and administration of sales compensation programs, incl. quotas and territory rules.
  • End-to-end sales commission operations: monthly/quarterly calculations, validations, and payouts.
  • Build dashboards, reporting, and models to track quota, payouts, trends, and scenario modeling.
  • Maintain LogicMonitor's Incentive Compensation Management platform: plan config, calc logic, reporting, access, and UAT.
  • Collaborate across Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance, and Systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Own timely resolution of inquiries and disputes from comp plan participants.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales compensation program support and administration
  • Familiar with Xactly, Callidus, Performio; Xactly expertise a plus
  • Experience analyzing processes and identifying automation opportunities
  • Advanced analytics, commercial acumen, and attention to detail; AI tools experience
  • Excellent communication; can build consensus cross-functionally
  • Fast-paced environment; able to meet deadlines
