  • Administer sales variable payments (commissions, draws, MBOs, SPIFFs) per monthly process.
  • Understand and apply the commission plan; manage exception requests and queries.
  • Maintain sales comp plan templates and distribute accurately to employees.
  • Address commissions inquiries, adjustments, and corrections promptly.
  • Validate accruals/payments and provide drivers for fluctuations.
  • Perform UAT for changes in the sales incentive administration tool.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Compensation; tech growth company a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with automated sales commissions systems (Xactly, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle EIM).
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced; business acumen and flexibility.
