- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong written/verbal communication; analytical skills; advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Experience with automated sales commissions systems (Xactly, SAP, Anaplan, Oracle EIM).
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, fast-paced; business acumen and flexibility.
