  • Xactly platform expertise; intermediate-advanced admin; Salesforce & BI tools.
  • Advanced analytics: compensation modeling, scenario analysis, and reporting.
  • Cross-functional influence; drive alignment across Sales, Finance, HR, and Ops.
  • AI competency; uses AI tools to automate tasks and improve accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, organized; clear communicator.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related field.
