Role: Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst
Support design, implementation, administration, and audit of sales compensation globally.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT to align compensation.
Work with teams to ensure compensation is easy to understand and precise.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience directly owning sales compensation
5+ years hands-on with a sales compensation software (Forma.ai, Xactly, Anaplan, CaptivateIQ)
Experience supporting global sales compensation for 50+ sellers and leaders
Strong understanding of quotas, accelerators, draws, and spiffs
Excel and Google Sheets: complex formulas, pivots, data analysis
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field
