Report to Director of Project Management; support EPC safety scope and compliance.
Define and champion the Owner’s safety vision across EPC projects.
Lead safety culture and stop-work authority across sites.
Set safety leadership expectations for PMs, superintendents, EPC leadership.
Establish owner safety requirements for EPCs and subcontractors.
Review safety programs, site safety plans, and high-risk work plans.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in safety; renewable energy preferred.
CSP, CHST, ASP or similar certification.
Experience with lithium-ion battery energy storage systems.
Prior owner’s representative or developer experience.
ISO 45001 and contractor assurance familiarity.
MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel) and project software; on-site in Phoenix; US work auth.
