  • Manage roster creation, submission, and reconciliation for multiple payers.
  • Prioritize tasks, track progress, escalate issues with solutions.
  • Act as main contact for roster inquiries with internal teams and payers.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in credentialing, demographics, contracting, or enrollment
  • Intermediate Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce
  • Preferred: customer service, provider network ops, payer platforms
