- Manage roster creation, submission, and reconciliation for multiple payers.
- Prioritize tasks, track progress, escalate issues with solutions.
- Act as main contact for roster inquiries with internal teams and payers.
- Guide and support new team members on systems and processes.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years in credentialing, demographics, contracting, or enrollment
- Intermediate Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce
- Preferred: customer service, provider network ops, payer platforms
