🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Math/Statistics/Finance; MBA, CFA, FRM/PRM a plus
- 7-10 years in Risk Management at a large Bank/FCM/Broker-Dealer; governance experience a plus
- Strong knowledge of US regulations (CFTC, NFA, SEC) and licensing scrutiny
- Exceptional written communication; able to draft policy documents that withstand scrutiny
- Proven success in a large multinational financial institution
- Ability to navigate complex reporting lines and balance US mandates with global strategy
