Design, simulate and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits and systems
Derive specifications for RFIC subsystems and circuits
Develop Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF/microwave circuits in SiGe or CMOS
Collaborate with system architects to partition functions between hardware and software
Perform IC floor planning and layout
Model package and external parasitic components

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical, computer engineering, or computer science
5+ years RF IC experience
MS or PhD in electrical/computer engineering with RF/Analog/Mixed-signal emphasis (preferred)
Experience with Spectre, ADS, HFSS or Momentum
Circuit design skills for PLLs, VCOs, oscillators, mixers, filters, LNA, PA
Knowledge of RF transceiver architectures and RF/microwave design in Ku/K/Ka bands
